I am often inspired by female creatives and it fuels a lot of what I do. I delight in reading stories of women who are bold enough and brave enough to put their work out there in the world. I want to feature more women making it happen. Case in point, Artist sisters, Laura and Kristen of NG Collective. I truly admire these sisters for embodying the true essence of collaboration over competition.
I can’t help but drool over these gorgeous works of art. The thing about artwork is that it is personal and should only be used in your home if it captivates you. According the Feng Shui, each work of art should inspire a different area (romance in the bedroom, creativity in the office, calm in the bathroom, happiness in the living room, etc.) You can use art to enhance your life and well being in this way.
If you are in the market for a new piece of art, I highly recommend letting this art inspire your purchases. It is colorful, abstract, modern and absolutely beautiful. I also really enjoy the scale of the pieces. Oversized art goes wonderfully in any room, in fact the smaller the room, the better. Hope you enjoy her work as much as I have.
