I majored in art history in college. I worked at an art gallery in Beverly Hills when I was first starting out writing this very blog. I absolutely love art and have always had an appreciation for placing art in the home. In fact, I used to dream of being an art curator for galleries. I love when art flows and tells a story.
I also know how important imagery is to your overall well being. I've been craving the ocean and unfortunately I don't get to look out of my window and see the beautiful blue sea. . .yet.
So, if you aren't able to have scenic views that connect you visually with the beauty that comes from nature, I suggest you add some in your home to give you that feeling. It helps connect you to nature which enhances your well being, health and vibrancy. Take a look at these beautiful spaces with gorgeous scenic artwork. Just imagine that when you stare into this art for 17 seconds you can close your eyes and imagine you are there. Feel the feelings and take some deep breaths. Connect with your artwork and get away.
