I'm currently working on a master bedroom in Austin, Tx and the couple is all about the look of exotic, spiritual, wood vibes. We had a meeting yesterday to discuss the inspiration and style and after coming across this incredible home we have our look nailed down. GLOBAL GLAMOUR.
We are so inspired by the master bedroom of Cher's Los Angeles Indian inspired look. It's all about carved wood, moroccan style lighting, spiritual figures, exotic accents, beaded textiles and mixes of metallics and neutrals.
This bedroom just reminds me of an exotic hotel retreat which is exactly what a master bedroom should feel like. I think we will probably take this look down a few notches to be a bit more livable and more affordable.
I'm really inspired by the neutral tones in the living area. It just seems so rich, inviting and super cozy and calming.
This wall look can be achieved with the some really good wallpaper. Ralph Lauren makes the best ones for soft glamour or any neutral grasscloth could do the trick. Decorators Best is one of my favorite places to find wallpaper I love.
I put together a little board of easy and affordable options to get Cher's global glamour look:
Here are a few items I like right now. . .
Bone modern sofa | Round carved wood table | carved panels | neutral zebra rug | mirrored circle pillow | pearl striped pillow | moroccan pendant lights | carved wood bed | sitting buddha figure | inlaid bone striped round side table | stone & gold candle holders
