I’ve always noticed that around the holidays myself and the people around me tend to stress the most. Whether its things to do before the end of the year, events to prepare for, entertaining to do, gifts to buy, etc. It can just be an overwhelming time of year. So, I felt like I should share a few ways I have learned to help curb stress and anxiety, naturally.
Clear out and clean up your living environment.
Daily planning & brain dumps.
Eat healthy & balanced meals regularly.
Magnesium supplements. Vitamins (I organize my vitamins with this beauty). Epson salt Baths. My favorite is the Calm drink.
Positive thinking. Quotes, books, etc.
Exercise and fresh air.
Positive Apps. I love Stop. Breathe and Think, Calm & Google Keep.
