I am beyond grateful for all the emails, love and messages from you guys for my birthday wishes and becoming a mom love! I am beyond excited for this next year, I can't even believe how fast everything is happening. Things are going to shift around here, I am feeling much more in touch with life and I will probably be getting a lot more personal. Sharing more of what is inspiring me and touching my heart at the moment.
The moment I found out we were expecting, which was a completely unexpected surprise, I began dreaming of what the nursery would look like. Hello, of course that would be the first thing to come in my head. Now, I am obsessed. I've always known that I wanted a nursery that was gender neutral, just because I don't really love the typical baby things. I'm not really into traditional holiday decor, baby themes or anything of the sort. I like things to look more adult, sophisticated and of course glamorous.
Naturally, I have been going into to my Pinterest board like a mad woman and saving everything that inspires me baby wise. I just can't wait to begin decorating the new baby room. I was just enamored by this nursery by Kate from Wit and Delight. The green walls are a perfectly chic and gender neutral look and I absolutely love it. The wallcolor is HGTV for Sherwin Williams, Privilege Green. Isn't is a gorgeous color? It looks so very beautiful with the pops of gold. Take look at this beautiful baby room. . .
I'm working on creating a color story theme right now and this is totally inspiring me but here are a few more color palette looks I also really love. . .
