I am working on something with one of my favorite stores in Houston, High Fashion Home. I've filled my apartment with their glamorous things before, see here. Every time I visit the showroom, I am most impressed with the bold, dramatic and oversized artwork paired with bursts of color. It's so good.
Of course black and white abstract art is typically my first choice but all of this color is really beautiful too. If you have a mix of the right colors, I can really get on board with large color abstract pieces. I love how it can allow you to use bright pink pieces, like these photos above.
I also love photography. Unique prints are my favorite. You can find very cool pieces at These Fine Walls or Citizen Altelier. The thing about it, don't go small, go as big as possible. That's what makes artwork like this look so glam.
I've been stalking Marilyn Minter for a while now. I love her glitter eye art. She has so many fantastic pieces. REALLY want one for my home.
