Monday mornings are typically my favorite. I always love the energy of a new week. However, yesterday, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I just woke up in a funk. I woke up with my mind, body and soul all out of control. And the funny thing is that this was happening at the very same time that I’ve been doing a big push for my favorite course, Soul Aligned.

So after I watched that video, I knew I needed to do a check in with myself so that I could get myself back into a place of focus and productivity. The thing is, you don’t have to be working hard in your business or on something in order to be planting seeds for success.
Working on your self and your inner alignment is THE VERY WORK that will help you thrive and grow in your life. Because when you do things from that energy, its powerful, magnetic and radiant! When you do things from a high vibrational energy, it amplifies it. And the universe takes note.

5 Questions to ask yourself in the morning for a successful day!
1. How do I want to feel today?
Check in with yourself to see what your mind, body & soul needs more of
2. What am I focusing on today?
Get honest & specific on what you want to accomplish
3. Do I have any lingering negative thoughts that need to be reframed?
Gain control of the thoughts that are running around in your head.
4. Am I making someone else’s needs/stresses more important than my own?
Always put on your oxygen mask before you attempt to save others
5. Is there anything in the way of me going all in on my goals today?
Pay attention to the people, situations and things that are in your way & no longer serving you in operating at your highest level.
