If you haven't heard by now of the crystal water bottle craze, then I am so happy you are reading this post right now. It seems like almost everybody and their mom has a crystal water bottle & because of how much I love crystals, I just had to get one for myself.
I've pretty much made this Summer all about being my best self. Getting my skin the best it can be, keeping my body in motion and filling my mind with the most positive vibrations possible. I do believe that everything that you want comes to you, when you are living in a Blissful Vibration.
WAKE UP & WATER. So, this is where the superstar crystal water bottle comes in. The second I wake up, I know water is absolutely essential. I keep water on my nightstand so that I can wake up and drink. The night before, I put a few drops of lemon essential oil into my water for a kick of flavor and I will tell you, when I purchased my crystal water bottle with Ameythyst in it, I am MUCH more excited about drinking my water in the AM. Before it, it was kind of hard to remind myself to take those first morning sips. Skincare is MY ISH, so water is almost like the essential glue that keeps my skincare work as optimal as possible.
BRUSH TEETH & WASH FACE. This is the next step because if I don't do it first, it just won't get done. P.S. Have you heard of Magic Mud toothpaste? It's a charcoal activated toothpaste that is actually pretty amazing. It's supposed to whiten your teeth and be much, much healthier. So far, I am kind of obsessed with it. I use this Clarisonic Mia to wash my face every morning. I like to switch up my face washes because I have at least 3 or 4 different ones going at a time.
MAKE MY BED BEAUTIFULLY. Need I say more? This habit helps you to feel more accomplished when you do it consistently. Why do you think the military makes them do it? It works. If you don't already consistently do this habit, I suggest you begin trying it. It's fabulous for your bliss. I also really like to keep sprays around my bed to keep my pillows and sheets smelling so fresh.
VITAMINS. BREAKFAST. COFFEE. Whatever I am feeling for the day, I get these things going. During the summer, smoothies are my go to. AND I am obsessed with drinking coffee out of a beautiful cup. I got this pretty lavender and gold tea cup and I love it. It just makes my morning really fabulous.
CANDLES. MEDITATION. YOGA. So, this next phase is kind of my favorite. I light candles first and I ALWAYS say an affirmation when I light it. Sort of like you pick your intention for the day and the act of lighting the candle sets the intention off to an official start. It's AWESOME! Then I'll put on some meditation music, clear my mind, do some stretches, etc. This keeps me balanced.
