As I gear up for the upcoming Blissful Living workshop, which begins very soon join here, I've been really studying all aspects of Feng Shui, clearing techniques, law of attraction. Some of my most recent and exciting discoveries is symbolism and how much 'art therapy' is considered healing to many emotional ailments.
For centuries, art, statues and symbols were used to enlighten moods & serve subconscious needs so that the home dweller would live a more fulfilled and abundant life. As I began reading about various symbols, one really stood out most to me and is one of my absolute favorite things.
THE PALM TREE.
When we think of palm tree, we tend to think sandy beaches, vacation and happiness. So, of course thats enough reason to have one in your home right there. However, the symbol of a palm tree in the home reminds us that we should aspire to achieve more by clearly defining our goals, spotting opportunities, and reaching for the stars in order to accomplish our dreams. Some of the spiritual attributes include freedom, joy, abundant reward, returning happily from a journey, and victory. The long, thin, and tall palm tree stands as a symbol of longevity because of its height and its ability to produce fruit for many years. Palms are thus also considered to be symbols of good luck.
The best part. . .having a palm tree in brass will amplify its meaning and that metal nature in gold always enhances your luck and abundance.
This weekend, while you are vacationing and such, see if you can find yourself a palm tree symbol and bring it home! Also, if you want to know more about how to decorate for abundance, read this!
