Preparing to get everything done for work before a big holiday weekend is always such a frantic time for me. This is the time when I turn into super entrepreneur mode and GET. SHIT. DONE. Especially when it comes to my design client because I tell you what, Memorial Day sales are always such a help! Talk about getting more bang for the budget. I just love it.
I've got a cart of about 15 things right now I want over at One Kings Lane. They are having a massive sale this weekend and a ton of beautiful things. I am obsessed with reading the style guide to get some decorating inspiration.
I love this bedroom with a black wall. Everything else in the room is soft and light and absolutely gorgeous. It balances the room in a way where a black wall doesn't seem to dark or daunting. It's a room that totally inspires me.
Filling your home with good accents is EVERYTHING.
I am also in love with this white living room with deep jewel toned accents that really ground the space. It feels eclectic, yet still totally collected and glamorous.
Also, If you had kept up with the One Room Challenge, then you saw the bedroom makeover by Christine Dovey. I totally get inspired by her layering abilities. The accessories in this little nook were totally captivating me. A fabulous mix of art and accents.
