I cannot get over the cover + the gorgeous NYC apartment that graces it.
Lots of color (as i'm sure you can guess) is my favorite, I literally get some serious pleasure looking at homes with extremely bold color palates. It warms my soul and feeds my eyes to see such goodness.
This gorgeous pink wallpaper is amazing! Chinoiserie, hello, i love you!
Oh, and of course all of the purple in this space....sigh.

Every girl knows the importance of having a well organized closet.
It's redundant to have to search for hours to find something to wear. I know we all run into that problem from time to time. That's why I am declaring this month of July to really stepping up my game and getting my closet completely organized.

Sometimes we forget that laundry and cleaning make up for most of our time spent at home, second only to our beds (and the kitchen too,  of course).
Laundry rooms are just as important to decorate as any other room in the home.

House Tour: a chic Scandinavian retreat


If you have been reading my blog, you can see my current love for open shelving + globe pendant lamps, hasn't halted...at all.
In fact, when I spotted this adorable kitchen, I fell instantly for it. The beautiful wall color and the flooring also took my breath away. What I would give for a kitchen with open windows like that?


As I came to look more at this beautiful home tour, I went gaga for this amazing outdoor room.
Notice the huge windows, orange pendant lamp and sliding doors opening to a bright outdoor room.
The funky pink chairs + outreagous orange walls looks extremely stylish.

I would be thrilled to entertain in a home like this one.
The dining room chairs had me at Hello.
Gorgeous, isn't it?
It is definitely a home with some Scandinavian swagger.

“What’s Your Style in One Picture Challenge!”

Ally over at From the Right Bank has given us bloggers a challenge...
define your style in one photo.
Now, I am the first one to let everyone know I never really feel like I can define my style, 
but this room has always just spoken to me.
As much as I love me some bright colors, the muted color palate in this room makes my heart skip a beat.
The carpet, the white vanity with lucite pulls, the beautiful screen, and everything else, i just LOVE it! 
It's totally traditional with hints of a glamourous and bohemian style...i think it just speaks volumes of what I truly love!
